Dr Roburn is Fantastic. He is kind, sympathetic, and quite knowledgeable. His receptionist, however, is useless. I've been waiting over a month for a return call for an appointment (to make up for another appointment that was booked that I was never informed about)

Dr. Michael Robern is one of those example doctors who you want to be treated by. Ive gone to too many doctors before, but my appointment with Dr. Robern was different. He is a guru, nerd, geek or whatever else you can call him. Very well educated. Well read. If you were able to get an appointment with him - you are lucky.
