Horrible Customer Service. Reception NEVER picks up the phone-they screen ALL their calls so as soon as you call back, they will not pick up because they see that you just called from the same number. Get a different doctor somewhere else because you will never get any service from Portage Medical Clinic unless you actually walk into the place. Very cruel of Receptionists.

They never answer the phone. I've been trying to call for 3 days now. I just rings and rings then eventually hangs up after an hour or so. It's very frustrating and very time consuming.

It's neat,clean, lots of space where you can sit and wait to be called in for your appointment. Reception they are kind friendly and very helpful. I have no complaints about the clinic it's top notch in my opinion.
