Philipp was fantastic. Very thorough, a ton of reference photos, extra information and explanations about what he's showing you. Very detailed oriented approach to home inspections. We had to buy sight unseen, which was very uncomfortable. Having Philipp do the inspection really gave us a better sense of the true property. If you use Philipp you're in great hands. I've never had a better inspection report. Extremely happy with his work.

Phil with ReHome Inspections is fantastic! His online booking process was fast and easy and he responded right away to confirm the booking and details I needed to know. He's friendly and professional and extremely thorough with his Inspections. We went over the property in person in detail with any bigger concerns and sent over an easy to read report the same day with over 200 pictures for review. I really appreciated the reference material included in the report to help with any repairs that should be seen too as well. I highly recommend Phil for your next home inspection!
