We offer education and/or support groups for persons dealing with issues such as cancer support and bereavement, self-esteem, and child abuse trauma. On request, we present workshops and seminars in areas such as marriage preparation, depression, mental health, mindfulness, psychological trauma, stress management, conflict management, and cross-cultural transition.
Equine Assisted Therapy

Equine Assisted Therapy is counselling using a horse as part of the team. Together with a master's level certified therapist and an equine specialist, horses provide on the ground experiences to promote healing for a wide variety of emotional, mental health, relational and traumatic experiences. Therapist is certified using the Eagala model.
