Bad customer service: stay away!
Tried to become a customer of theirs. The person doing their sales was unable to provide a comprehensive quote, and once I asked a few simple questions, he told me he was unable to work with me because they were 'at capacity'.

We have been using Eco-action for various recycling needs at our business for about six months. The good reviews and lack of contract gave us peace of mind. I can say they've lived up to their reputation and we are fully satisfied with their service. They provide full service for our containers and organics in the kitchen, paper in the bathrooms, shredding, and bulk recycling including mixed paper, soft plastics, Styrofoam, electronics. They come inside and collect it all, no need to wheel anything outside on the day of pickup.

Used EcoAction for a one-time e-waste pickup and it was so quick and easy (especially at short notice near month-end).
