Our teaching staff complete a comprehensive Pilates teacher education program with Dianne Miller, who is a leading figure in the continuing evolution of the Pilates method, and is known internationally as a 'teacher of teachers'. The VPC teaching team is invested in continuing education through the Franklin Method and Ron Fletcher work.
How To Sign Up

Our virtual classes are available for online booking until 1-hour prior to the class start time. Please note: We reserve the right to cancel any class with less than 3 registered attendees 24-hours prior to the class start time (you will be notified by email if a class is cancelled). Sign up early to avoid disappointment!
Virtual Class Schedule

We are available for virtual private sessions to teach you exercises you can do at home or add to a home program you may already have. We are offering 45-minute virtual private sessions via Zoom. Class Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any class with less than 3 registered attendees 24-hours prior to the class start time.
Pilates

This appointment allows us to review your physical history and wellness goals with you and introduce you to a a variety of Pilates exercises. We will then recommend our best program options for you! We offer a variety of Pilates programs whether you are looking for a personal equipment program or small group mat classes.
Rehabilitation
Report
We are leaders in rehabilitative exercise, designing personal programs for both studio and home practice. Our Pilates-based programs provide a progressive approach to functional and healthy movement habits. Our Welcome Package for rehabilitative exercise is an introductory series of 8 55-minute private sessions, specifically for those with injuries or other health conditions.
