All our services are goal-oriented and flexible so that clients and therapists can design together intervention programs that fit individual needs. Our team uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including a range of cognitive behavioural therapies, applied behavioural analysis, somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapies and small animal and equine assisted therapies.

All clients start with an initial consultation of at least one and one half hours. In that consultation the therapist will take a background history, gather information about presenting problems, and give you an opinion on the best intervention to fit your needs. They will discuss with you the various options you have in selecting treatment with our service.
Individual Child, Youth & Family Therapy

Our approach to treatment includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems and Structural Family therapy as well as other specific techniques that are part of the talents and training of our staff. We work from a goal oriented format which starts with the establishment of treatment goals and a work plan.
Couple Services

Dr. Angela Fountain & Associates offers couple therapy for parents that are experiencing challenges in their relationship. This method of treatment focuses on resolving problems and conflicts that parents have not been able to handle effectively on their own. It involves both partners sitting down with a therapist to discuss their thoughts and feelings.
Group Therapy & Day Treatment

Running through the fall, winter and spring on a regular basis is our After- School Club for children and teens from age 5 years to 14 years. This program is designed as an extension of our summer Youth & Kids Club day treatment program which assists youth and children who have social-emotional problems and/or learning disabilities that are affecting their daily school and/or home life function.
