Wayne is an incredibly knowledgeable and honest guy. I have had a couple of bad experiences with techs taking advantage and leaving us scrambling in our dental office. My laptop was not accepting a charge. Turns out there were 3 separate problems. they were all dealt with very fast and the laptop is working fine now. The price was as quoted and I'm very happy with the service and would recommend this company.
