In 1957, Joseph and Vera Binns came to Canada from the UK and started Binns Kitchen + Bath Design out of their own home. It took six years of hard work, but in 1963 they opened the first Binns showroom, originally called "The Kitchen Place, " to provide kitchen renovation and kitchen design in Pickering.
In 1971, their son Raymond joined the business as a kitchen designer and has striven tirelessly for 40 years to continue the Binns tradition of providing excellent custom kitchens in Toronto and first-class customer service as the company's president.
