Services
Registered Massage Therapy
Our Registered Massage Therapy sessions assess and treat soft tissue dysfunction through manual manipulation. This evidence-based practice addresses musculoskeletal pain, improves circulation, and enhances physical function. Therapists employ deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to manage conditions like low back pain, headaches, and sports injuries while adhering to College of Massage Therapists of Ontario standards.
Contemporary Medical Acupuncture
Contemporary Medical Acupuncture involves precise needle insertion at neurofunctional sites to modulate nervous system activity. This science-based approach effectively treats chronic pain, migraines, and neurological disorders by stimulating peripheral nerves and releasing endogenous opioids. Treatments integrate with conventional therapies to address both symptoms and underlying physiological imbalances in pain management.
Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Hot Stone Massage Therapy uses heated basalt stones to relax muscle tissue and improve circulation. The therapeutic heat penetrates deep into muscle layers, reducing tension while essential oils provide aromatherapy benefits. This modality particularly benefits clients with chronic muscle stiffness, stress-related disorders, and circulation issues through its combined thermal and manual therapy approach.
Dynamic Tape Application
Dynamic Tape application employs high-elasticity tape to support musculoskeletal function and modify movement patterns. The four-way stretch fabric absorbs and redistributes forces across joints and muscles, providing mechanical support while allowing full range of motion. This technique benefits athletes, post-injury rehabilitation patients, and individuals with chronic joint instability through its load-sharing properties.
Massage Cupping Therapy
Massage Cupping Therapy creates localized suction to lift fascia and increase blood flow to targeted areas. This technique releases chronic muscle tension, improves lymphatic drainage, and enhances cellular metabolism. Practitioners use both stationary and gliding cup techniques to treat scar tissue adhesions, chronic back pain, and restricted joint mobility through its decompressive myofascial effects.

I went to Nicole for a prenatal massage for lower back and sciatic pain. She made me feel comfortable and was so friendly. The massage was relaxing and I really feel a difference in my lower back and the sciatic pain is basically gone! I will definitely be making another appointment! Thanks Nicole!

I have suffered from migraines for over a decade. Last summer I was suffering for 3 straight months with a migraine, Cat scans, MRI, Chiro, pain killers nothing helped or provided answers. A friend recommended Nicole, within one session I was feeling relief, within 2 sessions the migraine finally subsided. I would highly recommend Nicole. WIth regular sessions my migraines have remained under control, first time I've been able to say that in 10 plus years! Thanks Nicole!
