I booked a flight on Turkish Airline thru Gala Travel. I need to cancel the flight. The agent at TA told me I would get a full refund since TA made a scheduling change. Gala Travel wants me to pay a cancellation fee. If Turkish Airline is not charging, why is the travel agency charging? After this experience with Gala and numerous back and forth, the issue is still not resolved. I would never use this travel agency again. I know I am entitled a full refund per the airline. Disappointed with Gala.

I've worked with Gala travels over the years for booking international flights, I've found them very helpful and accommodating. They make you feel comfortable.... I can't imagine looking for another travel agency.
