
The coaches at Wild Life Gym lead group classes designed to develop physical literacy and improve strength and mobility. We also offer personal training, small group training, and high performance athletic training. Every coach in our facility is driven by movement and the desire to be better.

Wild life Gym - Our Team - Olympic lifting, body weight training, gymnastics, kettlebells, yoga, cars, speed agility, plyometrics, and balance. Movement and strength are what we focus on. Mindfulness and nutrition are also part of our gym culture. We are inspired by encouraging people to live their best life - via healthy movement, healthy eating and a healthy mindset.
Gym Policy & Cancelations

When you book into class, please show up. Especially now that in person class sizes are smaller. But we get it, life happens. And we certainly don't want you showing up sick. You have up until 12 hours before start time to cancel out of your class without getting charged.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, or no show - and have a 1 month unlimited, 2 week intro, or Auto-Pay membership, you will be charged $17.20 to your credit card on file.If you don't have a credit card on file, we will invoice you at the end of the month. If you're on a 10 class pass or single drop in, you will lose that class if late cancelled or no show.

Strength + Conditioning

This is a core conditioning class that emphasizes strengthening the abdominal, pelvic and lower back regions of the body. Having a strong core is the foundation to all proper movement. The ability to stabilize and properly engage your core while bending over, squatting, running, (pretty much everything) is SO important, that we've dedicated a whole class to it.
