Services
Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy
Our hands-on treatments address structural restrictions using classical osteopathy principles. Gentle techniques improve nerve function and circulation while supporting the body's natural healing processes. Patients experience relief from musculoskeletal pain and improved systemic function through individualized sessions lasting 20-60 minutes.
Structural Assessment
Initial consultations include comprehensive structural evaluations to identify biomechanical imbalances. This assessment forms the foundation for personalized treatment plans addressing musculoskeletal tensions and functional limitations through osteopathic principles.

I was dealing with Back pain for the first time after something went out during a workout. It got a little better with rest & stretching over the holidays but I was still miserable with persistent pain. ONE SINGLE SESSION with Philip and I was 80% better. I'd absolutely recommend anyone with back pain see him.

Been seeing Philip for over 2 years now. Of all the health care providers I go to (massage, chiro, physio, acupuncture) I always feel the greatest after I see him. I've probably had over 20 sessions by now.

I have Ehlers Danlos and an unfortunate habit of injuring myself because of it. I've only seen Philip a handful of times, but each time I do end up walking out feeling much better than before. Osteopathy is no miracle cure- it isn't making the Ehlers go away- but it is helping me manage it a lot better than I was before.

Initial appt was ok, gave a decent effort to retain a client. Not too much insight, evidently his true profession is dancing. A little bit invasive/chatty to the point of being off-putting. Second appointment, he cut our 45 min session in half, both letting me in late and sending out early. Low effort and unhelpful with providing a routine. Since, I have tried a different osteopath in the downtown core which met my expectations far better.
