Beginner
Report
An introduction to pole dancing! There will be a 10-15 minute warm up on the floor to build strength, flexibility, and learn some sexy floor moves such as "Rising Goddess", and "The Flirt!" Then we will head to the poles for a mini routine of basic moves, transitions, floor work, and spins, such as the "Fireman, " "Sunwheel, " "Back hook, " and many more!
Intermediate

This class features an even more challenging warm up and tricks, and a full length routine. Tricks include combination spins with Spiral, Caterpillar, Butterfly, Flatline, Starfish, Teddy, Martini, Handstands, Stargazer, Helicopter, Hood Ornament and more!
This class is going to test your strength and your pain tolerance with tricks such as Superman, Shoulder Mount, Air Invert, Yogini, Knee Hold, Bow and Arrow, Pencil, Crescent, Cupid, Jade, Climbing Caterpillar, and many combinations using Scorpio, Gemini, Flatline, and Butterfly.Many more tricks and a full routine is also featured.

You must have a solid Superman, Shoulder Mount, and Climbing Caterpillar for this class, as there are many Superman combinations, and Shoulder Mount variations, including Reverse Shoulder Mount. You will also learn handsprings, elbow grips - Ayesha and Straight Edge. Other moves include Allegra, Brass Monkey, Birdsnest, Dangerous, Sad Girl Drop, Secretary and many more!

This is a spinning pole class and will challenge you by trying beginner moves from Pole Intro and Beginner levels on a spinning pole, plus a few new tricks that are specific to spinning pole such as Vomitron. This is a spinning pole class and will challenge you by trying all your tricks from Pole Intermediate level on a spinning pole plus a few new tricks that are specific to spinning pole such as Vortex, and Upside down Vomitron.

Our stretch class uses traditional dancer stretching designed to help you increase your flexibility and range of movement. Classes begin with a warm-up then progress through a series of static and dynamic stretches designed to increase your range of movement and elongate muscles in your entire body.
