Located in the heart of Orangeville's downtown core, The Bluebird Caf and Grill originated in 1982 from a natural food store owned by Jennifer Grant. Jennifer had a deep desire to open a little healthy eatery in conjunction with her retail operation. When the unit beside her store on Broadway became available, she leapt at the opportunity.

Want to enjoy your Bluebird favourites in the comfort of your home? You can order our entire menu for takeaway from our convenient take out kitchen located at the back of the restaurant off Armstrong Street. You can expect the same quality and attention to the meals you bring home as you would dining with us; fresh, house-made from scratch, prepared to order, which also means they will require 30-45 MINUTES ON AVERAGE FOR PREPARATION.

We stayed at the Millcroft Inn and Spa but chose the Bluebird for my birthday dinner, the service was amazing, the owners also came by to ask about our experience, was a nice touch. The Caesar salad was made in house with an Anchovy base to die for. We had the Shrimp very refreshing and delicious and the homemade bread to soak up the amazing sauce with a hint of lemon was incredible, followed by the Woodfired Pizza delicious.
