This 4-week series will get you primed on everything you need to know to be successful in group Reformer classes! For some of us, it's been almost nineteen months since we set foot in a gym, or a pool, or a Pilates studio. We've walked. Oh, how we've walked. And we've tried the online thing. We've curled up on the couch to watch Mare of Easttown and Ted Lasso, and we've spent a lot more.

I'm going to start this post the way I typically start my online Pilates classes, by way of introduction: Welcome! If we haven't met before, I'm Pam.
