Call us at (613) 337-5587 and we can process Visa & MasterCard payments manually over the phone. A 50% refund less a $50 processing fee with less than 1 month notice prior to their planned arrival. If the customer would prefer we can move their booking to following summer with notice one month prior to their planned arrival.
