There have been many changes over the past 15 years. Joe & Nancy decided it was time to downsize and sold half of the business to a family who enjoys it for their own private use. My parents built a new house on the remaining land and also kept 3 cottages and 6 trailer sites. In 2013 my husband Paul and I purchased 2 of the remaining 3 cottages from my parents and took over the overall rentals of all the cottages.
Since then we have been busy making lots of upgrades. We have torn down our 2 older cottages and have replaced them with 2, brand new year round, rentals.

Jack's Lake Cottage Rentals is nestled in the northwest corner of Brook's Bay on beautiful Jack's Lake in the North Kawartha's. Four generations of families return to 6 seasonal trailer sites and 3 clean, comfortable housekeeping cottages. Including, two brand new 4 season rentals.one of which is wheelchair accessible!.

Our 3 bedroom RUSTIC CABIN is the last of the remaining original "Jack's Lake Lodge" cabins. You are required to bring your own: pillows, sheets, blankets/comforters, towels, soap and toilet paper. This cabin has outdoorsy, rustic charm and is suitable for those who prefer the old school style of cottage.
