I was able to get into the Lake Cowichan branch today and dealt with Shelly . She is amazing as always and was able to fix my glasses for me and to clean them thoroughly . Always great service there !!! Thank you !!!

In this COVID-19 pandemic the frame of my glasses broke, the first day I started an online Masters level Research course. I called Erin, in the Duncan office, drove 1/2 hour to get there. Within a half hour she had put my old lenses into new frames that I really like and the price was great too! When hugs are allowed, she will be one of the first to get one. Thank-you for your professional and great service!

I have been a patient of Dr. Trevor Miranda’s for many years. Due to extremely dry eyes, I require an eyecare procedure every 6 months. I am always reassured that the diagnosis Dr.T. delivers is a team effort between the state-of-the-art equipment he has and the exceptional skill and expertise he has gained through the 25 years he has practiced… optometry.
