Very unprofessional receptionist at the front desk they are very rude also. went there at 9 am and the WALK IN place said they don't take walk in till 11. they don't specify what the walk in time on website unless you go in and ask one of the very rude desk people

Reception service was garbage, not a smile whatsoever, quite the opposite. Seats are run down and look like they should all be thrown out. Not a friendly place at all, I will avoid unless I'm dying.

They do not deserve a star at all, the Doctors that are their are really compassionate for their patients, BUT its the business that runs the place needs to be looked at ?? The staff are racist to the max and have no sense , in average with an appointment or without we have waited 4 hrs to see our family doctor, what a very unprofessional staff, If they want us to wait in line for 4 hours they need to have the waiting room with activities for children, Not a child friendly place....

I am so thankful to Dr Shunmugan. He is having good knowledge and excellent experience which was helpful in my wifes pregnancy and critical time. I am also thankful to Other staff as they are supportive and friendly. I am really appreciated service of Dr Shunmugan and other staff. They deserve 5 rating.

Huge misdiagnosis made by a female doctor, I was given medication before blood tests came back. I saw my family doctor after the medication she gave me wasn’t working. He told me they did the wrong blood tests. My family doctor did the right tests and got a correct diagnosis.

Literally the worst medical clinic I've been to in Brandon. Woman dr was indifferent and showed no compassion, concern. Acted like patient (me) was a nuisance more than anything.

Any other clinic looks up patience by name. Took son there as he’s been going since a baby. Wouldn’t look at him cause he’s not hooked to my health card on my wife’s. So they refused to look at him. Went to Dr.Hiebeish on princess in no problem with a smile.
