Sadly I didn't have dental insurance for many years which resulted in multiple issues. I went one day to get a filling, I could feel some sharpness. Asked for more numbing and was given a small amount, I was still feeling pain and asked for more. I was then told that I would be fine and could pull through. It was then mentioned that I wouldn't be in pain if I had gone to the dentsit sooner and got it looked at then. I was in tears for the entire procedure. Was never asked if I was okay or I would like to take a break. I already had anxeity when it came to the dentist and after that expereince

They were completely unwilling to work with my wife, she needed an adjustment (which they said should be included) but now that THEY switched her dentist she is being double charged and they refused to communicate and figure out a solution... Left her with broken plate and not fitted or fixed.

On first visit I didn't feel comfortable with my dentist and only had x-rays done there. Dentist had poor communication skills in my opinion. The facility also looks dated.

I have major dental phobia, however my experience yesterday was perfect! The receptionist (Brittany) Hygienist (Natasha) and Dentist (Dr. Rolle) were lovely and made me feel very comfortable. My teeth feel great! Thanks so much!

My whole family had great experiences with Dr Amanda Miller. She was very patient with my 6yo who had to had removed a baby tooth. My daughter was smiling for the rest of the day after the surgery was over, even if it was difficult and scary for her. Amanda and her team turned it into a great experience. My husband and I had several minor jobs done and everything was perfect. My little 1yo is not thrilled about getting her teeth checked but thats on her, not Amanda who was always great The staff is always smiling and being super nice which makes a big difference for me. Dr Colleen Riordan is very very good. She is punctual, gentle, professional and puts you at ease. She explains any concerns she has and allows you to ask questions. I avoided dentists until I started going to Nova Dental and Dr Riordan.
