Artwork Specifications

Digital artwork must be provided to produce embroidery disks. Embroidery disks are a.dst format and can only be produced by a proper embroidery digitizer. Proofs on orders: Once a order is submitted and a proof is provided, any changes to the proof will result is a $15.00 fee to redo. Cancellation of an order once a proof has been provided will result in a $48.00 fee due immediately (plus HST) for service rendered.
