The origin of "ATLAS" is based my nickname from my long tenure as Tech Lead of Staples for over 8 years. I was the top seller on the floor.
I ran the tech dept as well as the sales floor with about 15 associates under me and to breathe healthy competition into my fellow associates, every time I got a huge sale I would get down on one knee, raise my hands over my head like I was struggling to hold up the roof - henceforth one of my senior associates gave me the nickname "ATLAS" because I carried Staples on my shoulders!

We have come a long way since our first job. We love hearing your feedback as it is very important to us. Only way I can describe the service I received is Superior. Stopped in and told him what my machine was doing, he suggested I take it in and let him look at it to make sure of it's ailments. Dropped my machine off to him later in the day and before I knew it the machine was back on it's feet - better than when it was new.
