I have always believed that a persons character greatly reflects on the way in which they provide ethical and moral business services. Driving south on 208th street Tuesday Jan 18th, there is construction and the lane closes into one lane quite a ways back but this company vehicle (picture attached) was inconsiderate.....drove dangerously actually almost hitting me if I hadn't slammed on my breaks, had no regard for the long line waiting in the proper lane and zoomed up to the front of the line and tried to cut in. No one would let them in as we were waiting 4 traffic lights just to get through

Rob and Otto had my deleted 2013 Ram 3500 diagnosed over the phone. Their crew pulled my turbo off the truck and cracked it open to find a cracked unison ring. Bernhausen's on hold message says it all. " Are you tired of the dealership revolving door?" This was my exact case, the Willowbrook Chrysler revolving door. Bernhausen Diesel is now my go to diesel shop 100%.

It pains me to give one star, but I have to. When I took my truck in, the technicians took a look at my truck and stated that it would take roughly a week and gave me a quote. They had my truck for not a week, but a month, and I had to phone them multiple times to get any information on what they were doing. While they claimed they would contact me every step of the way, they did not. I asked them to fix a couple things on my truck, which they said they would. When I arrived to pick it up, they had skipped several repairs that I had requested, and replaced parts without checking with me (such
