My family has had a great experience at Springbank Dental, Dr Luke saw my 2 year old for her first visit ever. She was nervous so a quick look at her teeth and talk about dental care and then the goody bag to finish to keep it a positive experience. The goody bag was the highlight of her day. I saw Dr Joey and felt confident in his abilities, he was thorough in his explanations and I felt that my family was in great hands. Noting things we would 'keep an eye on' and not pushing for a quick fix. They also offered solutions for previous issues with freezing should it come up again. Nancy the hygienist

Excellent customer service from all the staff.
Doctors, Hygienists and their Assistants were warm, courteous, friendly, efficient and above all, very professional. My only regret is not having found them sooner.

Team Springbank are a great bunch of people that caters to the patients needs and comfort, the clinic atmosphere is good, team is great, the dentists offers good alternatives to your dental needs, and front staff are helpful, go visit them and say hi.

Dr Luke is outstanding! He shares with you the details of what he is doing and why. I found him to be detailed, efficient and thoughtful. His assistant Stephanie is extraordinary, very attentive to anticipating the needs of the person laying in the chair and unable to speak. Always there for you to rinse and suction. Everyone in the clinic is wonderfully friendly and there is a lot of positive energy flowing through the clinic!

I cant believe Im saying this, but I now LOVE going to the dentist ! Both Dr. Luke and Dr. Joey are fantastic, and explain the procedures very well. The wonderful assistants ensure that I am always comfortable, and the front end staff are always friendly and able to accommodate my hectic schedule. Highly recommend this place, and, bonus points, lots of free parking!
