Dr. Ken Gummeson has been practicing veterinary medicine in Kamloops for almost 20 years, with a special interest in canine reproduction and lameness disorders. We are also the only practice in BC that has a cat specialist; Dr. Diane McKelvey has been recognized since 2003 by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners as Board-certified in Feline Medicine (ABVP-Feline).
30 MINUTE APPOINTMENTS: In order to practice good medicine, we need to take a careful history and do a good physical examination on your pet. Most practices try to do this in 15 to 20 minute appointments: at Aberdeen Veterinary Hospital our regular medical appointments are 30 minutes.

Aberdeen Veterinary Hospital is located in Aberdeen Court, at the corner of Hillside Drive and Hillside Way, across from the Aberdeen Mall. We are up the hill from Walmart, and down the hill from Canadian Tire. If coming from Highway 1, take Exit 368 (Hillside Way), go past Aberdeen Mall on your left, then proceed through the lights and into Aberdeen Court.
