New registration to County Place? Welcome! We hope to help ease your burden and encourage your child to stay home when they have a sniffly nose, so you don't have to worry as much about the costs of daycare. County Place Early Learning & Day Care fosters an environment for children in terms of developing social and learning skills, having age-specific programs, play places and advanced security systems for this purpose.
We offer daycare services to those infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children living in the Sherwood Park and surrounding areas: more specifically in the district of Maplewood, off of Wye Road on Ash Street. We take pride in providing you with this unique quality program. Your child will be guided through various lessons and will explore and grow in their own unique interests and talents.

At County Place Early Learning & Day Care, we strive to provide a clean, safe and educational environment for young children and their families. Within our care, children develop skills that promote physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth. We believe in being supportive of our parents, and we welcome their positive involvement and presence at County Place at all times.
Our Programs

County Place acknowledges the fact that every child has his/her unique interests and dislikes. Based on these interests/dislikes, daily lesson plans should evolve. As children get older and more independent, they need new challenges. That's why we offer a school-age program for before and after school care and enrichment programs that address the changing and more varied needs of growing school-age children.
Careers

There is currently an opening for a part-time childcare worker with level two or level 3 ECE certification, who can either work 7 am- 11am or 2pm -4pm. We will also accept resumes for substitute workers can can fill in during sick days or vacation days. We are always looking for volunteers to come in and do live demonstrations (dance, yoga, science experiments) or even just to read books and play.
