Collectively we have more than 30 years of experience in Family medicine and Women's health with excellent staff. We have a collaborative approach consistent of specialist care in Women's health and Family medicine. Our staff includes two administrative assistants, two registered nurses, one physician assistant, two fully licensed nurse practitioners and a physician.

Dr. J. Scheeres - MBChB, Dip(OBS)SA, FRCS(C) - Dr. Scheeres brings over 30 years of experience to the practice. He was born and raised in South Africa. He moved to Canada in 1995, established a busy family practice in Manitoba where he had a large obstetrical patient population. He completed 5 years of residency at the University of Manitoba.

HT (Hormone Therapy) - Prevention of osteoporosis and maintaining gynaecological health is important, in that regard, hormone therapy is thought to have long-term benefits. We are prescribing Health Canada approved bio-identical hormones. Hormonal and non-hormonal contraception - We offer a variety of options to discuss and consider, including combined oral contraception, intrauterine devices including Mirena, Kyleena and Copper.
