We serve patients of all genders with conditions ranging from incontinence to post-prostatectomy recovery in a supportive environment.
Massage Therapy
Registered massage therapists provide relief for musculoskeletal pain, stress-related tension, and injury recovery. Techniques include deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. Sessions improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. We adapt treatments for conditions like fibromyalgia, sports injuries, and pregnancy-related discomfort while prioritizing patient comfort.
Vestibular Rehab
Vestibular rehabilitation addresses dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders through targeted exercises. Therapists use canalith repositioning maneuvers and gaze stabilization techniques to improve inner ear function. Treatment plans enhance postural control and reduce fall risk by retraining brain-body coordination. We address conditions like BPPV and concussion-related dizziness with personalized protocols.
Pediatric Pelvic Health
We specialize in treating bedwetting, daytime incontinence, and bowel dysfunction in children. Therapy combines biofeedback, toileting schedules, and family education to establish healthy habits. If I could recommend anything to someone who is pregnant or postpartum, Id recommend Nadia. She was such a blessing for me during pregnancy, she helped me with whatever I was struggling with while pregnant such as hip pain and helped me prepare for delivery. I delivered a 8 pound baby in 3 hours of active labour and 15 mins of pushing with very minimal damage and I definitely have Nadia to thank! I am now 2.5 months postpartum and Nadia has helped me through my recovery as well. I am so grateful I found Nadia when I did and couldnt recommend her enough!

I saw Keri for pelvic floor physiotherapy during pregnancy and postpartum. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring - I felt extremely comfortable with her at every appointment. I truly feel that pelvic floor physiotherapy should be part of every persons prenatal and postpartum care - not only did she help me become pain-free and back to normal function in the postpartum period, but I am confident that I will avoid future pelvic issues stemming from pregnancy and childbirth. She took the time to understand my current state and future goals and tailored an effective, efficient

I heard of A Body in Motion through a friend and am so glad I went and was treated by Laura Holland. I went to see her during my pregnancy, for pre-labour prep, and following delivery and Laura was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable, helped me to understand my pelvic floor in a way that I felt more confident going into labour and recovering afterwards. I highly recommend going to see her if you need/want help!
