While somewhat expensive, our experience here has been great, especially with Dr.Rifkind. Very patient and attentive staff, honest about everything that is required and super careful, even with an extremely fractious cat like ours.

Been bringing out cats here for a couple of years now and every time they always offer amazing care andakr sure the animals are well looked after and help them jot be as scared! Definitely recommend!

I had booked an appointment for my dog as I just moved back to the area from another city. My family recommended this vet hospital. Called in to book all was ok. On the day I came in ( walked quite pregnant) to the location and called in -the secretary on the phone was extremely rude. She said I did not have an appointment, throughout the phone call was trying to blame me and that it was my mistake, that I mustve booked at the wrong vet. I was so upset with her and it created a lot of stress for me. The end result was in fact that another part time secretary there had not entered my information

I am truly disappointed with the service at this veterinary office. The staff and service was substandard and rude. When I questioned charges that
I believed was included in their base cost from a previous visit, they felt that their authority was challenged. When I requested the records for transfer, I looked through their notes. What I said and what they heard were completely different. As a physician, I like when patients pose intelligent and thoughtful questions. I asked why they would test a puppy's stool in the middle of an antiparasitic treatment, rather at completion for resolution. Apparently

Dr. Donna and the team here were nothing but kind, thorough and informative when I went in for a first visit with my new pup. They showed actual interest in him and his personality and told me how he sat through his exam which was appreciated since the office is still doing curbside appts. Dr. Donna then phoned me to give me a rundown of his health, his flea and tick medication needs as well as to answer all my questions. She's very easy to talk to and I felt zero sense of 'clinic dread' as I do with other healthcare providers for humans. Overall nothing but a positive and professional experience
