We have ordered a number of times from Baked2Go and keep coming back because of the fantastic quality. I have a child with celiac and anyone looking for gluten free items knows how hard it is to find breads that hit the spot, let alone croissants!
Items come exactly on schedule, nicely sealed and ready to eat or freeze. The sealed bags for the croissants are fantastic for keeping them in, pop them out of the freezer, defrost and you have a delicious treat. Great if you're looking for "healthier" pastry alternatives. Everything is gluten free and you can buy treats with very low or no added sugar, dairy-free, and/or high protein (15g per muffin). Each protein muffin contains 170 calories, 15g of protein, and only 2-3g of sugar. Individually wrapped in plastic, not sure why, but I take that as a red flag for something mass produced, potentially preservatives packed, and not freshly baked. Anyways. 4 stars for trying to produce guilt-free treats, which can be hard to find in an indulgent, animal fat-driven city like Montreal. Lost 1 star

The previous reviews were a warning, but in my enthusiasm for enjoying gluten free baked goods, I tried it anyway.
Prepackaged muffins are loaded with protein, which makes them practical for a quick nutritious breakfast or snack. But they're tough and dry. I honestly am not sure of what flavor I'm eating, which isn't a good thing. (Blueberry, raspberry, cranberry? Current? I honestly can't tell! I'm not sure and unfortunately, I don't speak French, so I didn't know what the clerk was saying.) The one true advantage is that they are non-perishable with an expiration
