Excellent customer service. Normally the orthodontist can be an intimidating experience, especially for a kid. Dr Mulgrew and staff really made my son comfortable and you know they genuinely care. They actually make my son feel proud after he is good at a visit. Would recommend!

After being told by my family dentist that my jaw was slightly asymmetrical and having him recommend jaw surgery, I spent several months feeling insecure about my appearance and hyper-focused on my mouth movements. I had a free jaw consultation at Okanagan Orthodontics and everyone I encountered was lovely. The time taken out of their day to look at my jaw (which they ultimately felt was healthy and did not need any surgery) meant so much to me because I no longer feel like my asymmetrical jaw is a health concern. They also let me know that as far as cosmetic concerns go that the asymmetry is minor
