I booked an appointment here to get some of my documents notarized. When I arrived, the receptionist was cold and confused about what I needed. I tried to explain it to her, but she went to get Roman (I believe this was his name, he never actually introduced himself.) If the receptionist was cold, Roman was frigid. He looked through my documents and provided little to no explanation of what I was asking for.

I read him the instructions on my application and he looked at me blankly. He was short, curt, and rude in his responses and honestly should know more as an establishment that focuses on notarization

Roman went above and beyond, at every step of the way, for my first condo purchase. Roman was the professional I didnt know I needed. He thoroughly went over wills and powers of attorney for me, and explained circumstances youd not learn from an online service. Also had him manage sale and purchase of properties...set it and forget it he managed everything from beginning to end including keeping on top of of me for timely documentation and appropriate signatures, as well as linking up with partners (banks, insurance agency et al).
Roman is my Notary for life.
