Had an amazing and pleasant experience with Omland Hospitality, the staff is very patient and helpful, and the ambience is great too at the office. I did a Walk-in to their office location in Mississauga, after getting to know them their products via website. I bought their Tree Essence Soap and Shampoo, and some Bed sheets for my Motel. The Quality is also remarkable. I highly recommend that people should try their brand for Hospitality products.

Had good experiences in the past but received a slightly bent bed frame in September. No problem, these things happen sometimes, so I sent in photos and was told they would get back to me. Still no resolution to the problem and they stopped returning my messages. Other than that, products and service are good.

Their staff was most helpful to facilitate the order which was over $18,000. One piece, a bunk bed ladder, broke immediately when installed. Two headboards were damaged when we opened the pallets. Customer service said they would replace the ladder but that we could 'bend' the headboards back into place because those were damaged during shipping and they aren't responsible for that. We have not received the replacement ladder and they won't issue us a refund. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB but I doubt Omland will respond. I recommend that you find another company that cares about their
