Unprofessional. Scheduled to look at a tractor. Drove 21/2 hours to glencoe to find that they had sold it the day before. No wonder they didn't recognize the other poor reviews name they never write it down... I got screwed on valentines and didn't even get a .

The parts and sales departments are great but the mechanics got carried away with repairs. They didn't charge me for the unwanted work but only because I put up a fuss.
