I ordered a pile of parts prior to the Xmas break. The parts were forwarded to me, which is a very helpful courtesy. Unfortunately the order was incomplete. I called the parts department back,
and to their credit, there was no defensiveness or argument. Dave just said: Ill look into it and get right back to you. Sure enough, they acknowledged the error and express shipped the missing parts to me, which I received in two days. Mistakes happen, and they responded in the best way possible. I am very happy with the parts department, they have certainly earned my business!

Great dealership. I just bought a used Triumph STT from them. Mike has been very professional and friendly during all the transaction. Scott even helped me to load the motorcycle in the van for the transportation (I am living quite far from the dealership). I highly recommend this dealership.
