Not for a Family Doctors. And with COVID situation support become very bad. Hours on the line and no much help Billing is confusing in novaday I agree, but some of support team don't really care about helping you.

QHR is an innovative company with an excellent vision for the future. They have many hardworking staff who we have had the pleasure to get to know over the last 3 years, however, their product is often unstable impacting our office efficiency and ability to deliver exception patient care. Further, when large scale issues or concerns are identified,… you can wait months to have them resolved or not at all. Our office has been wth Accuro/QHR from the release of their online scheduler in 2016. We use it exclusively to book patients, who love the ability to do so. While issues are becoming fewer
