Hubby and son bought steaks last night since I was away for the day, my son wanted to cook dinner well something happen to the meat while cooking pan- grilling- spices???? They smelt awful and apparently tasted bad. I brought them back thinking it was the meat. It was not the meat. They were very nice about it and provided new steaks for tonight Wonderful customer service. Thank you.

Always buy their kabobs, so many to choose from! Great place for fresh meat products and lots of frozen selections available too. Staff is always professional, knowledgeable and fast.

So I requested prime rib but I think I was sold a AA at most. The picture shows the cut of prime steak from this butcher while on the bottom you see the prime cut from another butcher. Top cut has almost no marbelisation. I did double and triple check asking for prime. Staff were really nice however not sure if they perhaps were aware of their inventory.

How's this for above-and-beyond.... I was running all around town running last-minute errands for my son's birthday party, and the final stop was for a pack of Bob's Burgers (best burgers in town, by far). Both kids fell asleep in the car on the way over, and I only noticed when I was parked out front. I called to put in my order and said I wasn't sure how long it would take for me to pick them up since I was waiting for the little ones to wake up. The guy on the phone packed the burgers up for me and brought them out to the car. A+ for service. Thanks!
