An absolutely wonderful agent! Erin was responsive (even at late hours) and available to answer all our questions and concerns that arose during the process of listing our home. I was made an Estate Trustee of a condo which had incredible damage from smoking. Erin Hayes did a wonderful job of preparing and staging it for selling. It sold in one day at a little over the price she estimated. I totally recommend Erin and her firm. She took so much stress off of me and I can't thank her enough.
