Very clean with nice amenities. The hotel staff with very friendly and helpful. The breakfast there exceeded our expectations. Will be going to stay there again :)

Unfortunately, I can't describe my stay at this hotel as they were completely booked when we arrived at 11 pm. I thought I had booked a room but had mixed up the dates. Karim who was on the desk was so helpful. He contacted the manager so I could cancel my booking for the next night when I didn't need a room. Then he called another hotel for us and managed to find us a room for that night when other hotels were also totally booked.

I didnt get a chance to stay here as my plans changed very last minute; my friends grandma passed away. I paid an additional fee to be able to cancel but unfortunately the death occurred outside of the cancellation window. When I spoke to the manager I was not met with compassion, but rather with a simple and harsh, nothing can be done. I will not be staying here in the future solely because of the lack of empathy that was present. I understand that policies exist for a reason, but I would have been much more satisfied with a sensitive encounter rather than one that made me feel like
