Services
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy integrates body awareness with traditional talk therapy to address trauma and emotional distress. This approach helps clients develop mindfulness and embodiment by working with posture, movement, and nervous system regulation. It supports healing through reconnecting cognitive processes with physical experiences, fostering emotional stability and adaptive neural patterns.
Cognitive Therapy
Cognitive Therapy focuses on transforming harmful thought patterns and life narratives that shape perceptions and behaviors. By restructuring worldviews and personal stories, clients gain insight into their emotional responses and actions. This evidence-based approach promotes healthier coping mechanisms and fosters intentional living aligned with personal values and goals.
Somatic Therapies
Somatic Therapies address trauma and emotional distress through physical embodiment practices. These methods enhance clients' awareness of bodily sensations to release stored tension and reprocess traumatic memories. By integrating mind-body connections, this therapy promotes emotional regulation, reduces anxiety, and deepens clients' capacity for joy and meaningful relationships.
Ecotherapy
Ecotherapy strengthens clients' connection to natural ecosystems through experiential practices. This approach addresses ecopsychological distress while fostering environmental awareness and resilience. By cultivating appreciation for landscapes and ecological systems, clients transform eco-despair into purposeful action while enhancing personal well-being through nature's restorative effects.
Depth Therapies
Depth Therapies explore unconscious patterns through dreamwork, art, and ritual practices. These approaches access symbolic dimensions of individual and collective psyche to facilitate profound personal transformation. By integrating existential, archetypal, and quantum psychological frameworks, clients develop deeper self-understanding and navigate life transitions with greater wisdom and purpose.

I am filing a complaint against this woman with the Board of Psychologists. She's unreliable, doesn't return phone calls and doesn't show up for appointments. She missed our second appointment, I waited for over an hour in her her office, where there wasn't even a receptionist to help inquire as to what the issue might be. I called her several times while in the office waiting for her, all calls went to voicemail. It took her 10 days to return my call at which time she said it was my fault for having the appointment time incorrect! Which I did not and that still doesn't explain taking 10 days to
