They work closely with our rehabilitation therapists for a holistic approach to musculoskeletal injuries. For medical problems that do not require a physical exam you can request a phone or video consult in the comfort of your own home.

Depending on the type of service, a referral may not be required. Please contact us and we will guide you through the process. Depending on the service you require, Locations may include our clinic, community center gyms, pools, your home, or work sites. Assessments can also occur via telephone. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments, otherwise you may be charged the full service fee.
