I have a chronic illness and am bedbound most days. I came in with a broken 5 year old laptop that was my only connection to humanity and asked them to get the keyboard working again because I don't have the money to replace/fix the rest of it. over the holidays, they completely fixed my laptop at the price of the original quote. never been more happy or surprised at a computer place.

My mother went there on Monday to help her set up her phone because we couldnt figure out what was wrong with the signal.
Riad helped her to work through the phone and it works like normal! He was kind and very patient with my mom to figure out how to fix it herself in the future as well. He was very kind and courteous. His service was also very fast but efficient. Amazing service!

I was ready to write a fairly negative review but I appreciate the effort the guys here made to make things right. My sons phone was in for repair and ended up taking considerably longer than initially told. Unfortunately the arrival of parts was delayed, and the process ended up requiring a couple different repairs. My complaint isnt the length of time (as I am aware shipping delays are a problem for everybody these days) but rather the lack of timely communication/updates. Im sure the staff could sense my frustration (or should I say the frustration of my phoneless 16 year old son) and
