The staff were helpful and thoughtful, they appeared to care for my needs beyond the profit of the store. I came in with what I thought as permanently deformed frames and was looking for a new frame. The staff helped me with selections based on her primary measurements of my current lenses and took my budget into consideration, when none turned out to be working, she gave me the measurements of my lenses with which to search for frames elsewhere. When I thought I found a frame that may work, the optometrist took more considerations into account and decided not to fit the lenses to the new frame

Dr. Li was exceptionally meticulous and thorough in diagnosing my eye condition, which started with some nondescript symptoms. She patiently answered all my very many questions, and shared with me the detailed test results and photographs of my eye, and took the time to explain all these results and their implications. She also made several follow up appointments free of charge to check on the progress of the condition. She is very knowledgeable without being presumptuous, and clearly genuinely cares much more about patient well-being, rather than profit. I was referred to a specialist who remarked

Friendly staff and reliable services! Got some issues with my frame the other day and was able to get them fixed right away. Also had an eye exam here previously, which was thorough but also took much less time than I expected. Would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing experience with both the doctor and staff. Dr. Lis exam was very thorough and she discussed my report in great detail. Yevon was a great help picking glasses for myself, husband and daughter. Will definitely return for my next visit when I need an exam and glasses.

Had a wonderful experience with the staff and doctor here! Dr. Li was very comprehensive with her exams and the staffs were very friendly. My whole family got our glasses from here! Since I moved away, I have yet to find another optometrist and clinic that is comparable!
