Topographic Surveys

Most Municipalities in the Lower Mainland require a survey to be completed in order to apply for a building permit. In addition to that, architects, engineers, designers and other professionals often require a survey while participating in a building project. We can deliver the survey results in three main formats: PDF of the topographic survey plan, Autodesk DWG, point cloud in various file formats (PTS, E57, LAS).

In order for 360 Land Surveying to begin helping you with construction related survey services we require design information such as architects and engineer's drawings, information from municipality and any other relevant information about the site. Approved for construction copies (preferably scanned in PDF format) of building or development permit drawings;.
Legal Surveys | Property Lines

360 Land Surveying Ltd is often asked to provide advice in locating property lines on the ground. This is done by finding old and/or setting new boundary markers. In most cases, there two types of posts that are placed: iron posts (see photo to the left) and lead plugs. Every time a legal boundary marker is set or restored, BCLS must file a Posting Plan in Land Title Office (LTO).
