Fantastic massage and my masseuse was amazing! But the front desk manager (Im assuming she was the manager) was passive aggressive to my husband and I from when he walked in, which we found disrespectful considering how much these massages are, definitely set the wrong tone for our massages:(

I have been planning to do this for a while and todays the dayI have had need to talk to the manager Beverley twice, once because I left my gift certificate at home and once when she checked me in. I was very impressed by her focus on customer service and professionalism. The first time, she took it upon herself personally to reverse the charge on my card when I came back with the gift cards. The massage service itself was wonderful however Spa Utopia as a company has some major improvements to make with their front of house and administrative staff. Spa Utopia charged me for my service TWICE and I noticed the next day when reviewing my banking transactions. I phoned the Spa location to discuss the matter and was left feeling like a liar and that I had to defend myself to these people. I even had to tell them what to check on their end and they figured looking at an invoice was sufficient. I've never had such a terrible customer service experience from a Spa that is supposed to be

Amazing experience - love the lounge, treated to coffee/tea treats, great ambiance amazing MTs! You also used to be able to use the pool and hot tub for additional $10, so worth! Not sure if you can now

I had a wonderful experience at Spa Utopia at the Pan Pacific. I went there for my annual pedicure and was assisted by Ruby, who was amazing! The overall service experience here was great! You are also able to use the sauna and steam room, they provide sandals, towels and bathrobes, so you dont need to bring much with you.

Good except my massage therapist asked what part of my body I wanted her to focus on so I said my feet... I had sore feet that were clean, toenails painted nicely, perfect condition and she spent less than 10 seconds on each foot. Why ask if you're not going to do? It was a nice massage everywhere else I must say and to the lady that brought us our tea and snack... Oh my gosh you are a sweetheart... You have a beautiful energy, thank you. I'm an avid google reviewer... Wondering if I'll get an appropriate response to entice me back to this location

Beautiful place a bit out dated. For the high premium they charge definitely not worth it unless you want to waste your money. They called me a day before my appointment, which I had booked 3 weeks before in order to get a couple massage with one female and one male masseuse. Quite disappointed that they called me just to say that male therapist decided to go on a trip to Mexico and well have to either reschedule you or youll have to go with a female therapist.
