At this time, we are continuing our curbside service and not allowing clients into the hospital. We ask that you call when you arrive for your appointment and someone will come outside to assist you. We understand the difficulties this presents as the weather changes. If you are driving, please remain in your car during the appointment.

If you walked or commuted to the hospital, you are more than welcome to wait across the street in the Loblaw's shopping centre and the doctor will call you to discuss your pet's needs. Our hospital's mission is to provide the highest quality care founded on our core belief that the best medical approach for our pets is delivered through open communication and collaboration between the doctor, owner, and patient.
