We completed a Buyers Review of a Home Inspection Report with Walter Collodel. This is our first house so we were a bit anxious about maintenance and repairs. Walter was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail and provided really solid practical advice. He went above and beyond. The Report itself is also a great resource and reference with clear photos and diagrams. We had been house hunting for a while and have seen a lot of home inspection reports during our property search. This Report was head and shoulders above the rest. Cant

How come there are no reviews from students? I am a currently enrolled as a student for home inspection course and I find it very challenging and extensively fill with unnecessary things just to make a course look professional. I'm sure there are other students who feel this way. I tried contacting the teacher, but did not get satisfactory help or answers. It's like read MBBS books online and become a Medical doctor.

Josh Natovitch was gold! Knowledgeable and thorough beyond expectation! Absolutely amazing! He explained EVERYTHING to us as first time home buyers with such patience and elaboration that was absolutely exceptional! He went above and beyond what was required to help us have a more thorough understanding of the house we were buying. And the 50-page report he sent us within only a few hours was another surprise of the quality of the service we received from him. I dealt with Michael on the phone lines to book everything up, and he was AMAZING. Very hands-on, friendly, caring, and informative. Good customer service is very rare to find these days, so it was very nice and refreshing. Made me feel very positive about Carson Dunlop as a company. Our inspector (Walter) was also wonderful, detail-oriented, and a good guy. The house deal didn't go through due to the inspection, and they really helped us through it. If the company is filled with people like Michael and Walter, will always use and highly recommend this company!
