We worked with Leona when replacing our travertine tile floor to hardwood. We had about 1800 sq feet to replace and with 2 small children, we had had quite a few questions to assist us in feeling comfortable with our choice. We ended up choosing a Hakwood product and Leona was absolutely amazing in answering all of our questions. She was able to provide us all the information we needed and was always very timely in helping us along and gain comfort. The installers we had were top notch and everything went exactly as planned with no transitions and matching up to existing tile in some of the bathrooms

Great place to buy flooring for you home! No pressure sales; instead: professional and honest conversation, expertise and advice. Great selection of quality products at competitive price! Superior customer service and integrity. Both Leona and Greg went over and above working with me and my out-of-town contractor, in a timely manner, on some important details prior and during the installation. They were very accommodating. Anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional buying experience should consider Touchwood Flooring!

We had the original floors of our 1913 home refinished and are absolutely thrilled with the results. I found the communication from the company could have been a bit better (they accepted our deposit and then werent answering emails or phone callsobviously we did eventually get ahold of them and Greg did apologize) but ultimately they showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. Floors look and feel fantastic and I would highly recommend this company! Photos are before (yellow floors) and after!
