I've been a patient for years and I have to say the service quality has gone bad recently and I will be changing dentist after this. My last experience was a no-show of the doctor even after her office staff called me yesterday to confirm my appointment. When. I arrived Roger was kind enough to take a look but couldn't work on my teeth as he was short of time. While I understand that last minute emergencies happen, I would have liked their office to give me a call so I didn't waste my time, cancelling work commitments and driving all the way to North Van just to be told they could not attend
